Mine had iron sights and a riflescope mounted. It was in 30-06, naturally. The rifle handled well and felt light for its weight at approximately 9 lbs with optic. It was not just accurate for a semi-auto, it was accurate for a hunting rifle. With hand-loads, using Sierra Game Kings, I got 1 MOA to 1 1/2 MOA regularly at the range. It was pleasant to shoot, and follow-up shots were there without thinking about it. It was a beautiful rifle and I regretted selling it before it sold (hard financial times). I recommend this rifle whole-heartedly. I hope to replace mine someday. It is a shiny rifle, but the deer and elk didn’t mind at all.
