Quality first. This X-Bolt features a button-rifled barrel that is triple checked for quality and individually hand chambered and air gauged to ensure consistency and accuracy. The target Crown enables the uniform release of gas as the bullet exits the barrel, preventing a shift in trajectory. During, the Crown is recessed to protect it from accidental damage that degrades accuracy. But, the free floated barrel eliminates contact interference from the fore-end, enabling the superior barrel craftsmanship to perform consistently and accurately. So, It’s drilled and tap for X-Lock scope mounts that use four screws for each base to provide a rock solid optic platform. The adjustable Feather Trigger minimizes the “human factor” by eliminating creep and take-up — providing a crisp trigger pull that “breaks like glass.”
FEATURES
The X-Bolt is free-float by bedding the front and rear of the action for stability and to help maintain barrel to stock spacing for consistent accuracy. A recessed muzzle crown helps protect the rifling from damage. browning 22 sa

If you like centerfire rifle, you will not go wrong with a 270 WSM Browning X-Bolt White Gold Bolt Action Rifle, I bought one last years and I had multiple individual mention to me, it look awesome!
But don’t be fool! This Browing X-Bolt is not just good looking, it have a powerful impact to put wild animal down, As I am a Canadian Soldier, I am use to shoot with gun, but this model impress me big time!
It precise, very light, and awesome look! It most be the reason I buy a secondt rifle to be a Browning!

I bought this gun at the beginning of last year. It was the first rifle I ever bought. I thought with a walnut stock, it would look great and be durable for many years. I shot it 12 times, and the stock cracked. Had to fight with Browning to finally fix it after sending it away at my own cost. browningfirearmshop can’t and won’t do anything for you, as it is a warranty issue after 30 days. Would never buy a Browning again because of it. Next time I will check into browningfirearmshop exchange and warranty before I spend a bunch of cash in their store.

I have used this gun for a year now, its a 270WSM, with my hand-loads it will shoot dime size groups constantly. Magazine works well, no jams or hang ups there.
I believe many more elk will drop to this fine rifle.

This is my second Browning rifle. The first Browning I purchased was in 2001 and had major ejection and feeding issues. I got very little help correcting the issues (from both my local dealer and browing). After that I stayed away from Browning until this fall. My wife really liked the look of this gun and it fit her really well so I got it for her to take whitetail deer and black bear this fall. So far I have been far more impressed with this gun as opposed to my first Browning. The feeding is good and ejection has no issues. The stock is beautiful, but I suspect is easy to damage due to the soft feel of the wood. The caliber is .308 win and it have been a lot of fun to shoot thus far. Looking forward to her making great memories with this rifle.

I had the XB Gold Medallion in 270WSM. Deadly accurate and beautiful rifle. Maybe too beautiful… It didn’t take me long to scuff-up the stock when out hunting. Breaks your heart to see the gorgeous wood get scuffed-up. This is more of a range/collector rifle than a workhorse IMO. The controls and magazine are the absolute best design of any bolt rifle, and the palm swell, monte carlo cheek rise and oval forend in the stock make it the most comfortable rifle I’ve ever held (I’ve owned or held most). The other versions of this rifle don’t have the same style stock. However the 270WSM cartridge would hang-up if it was fed into the chamber too quickly. If the round was fed in slowly then there wasn’t a problem.
I ended up trading this rifle for a Benelli R1 in 3006 because of ammo costs, the feeding issue (WSM’s are the problem), how much more abuse the R1 can take without showing it, and the stock on the XB would have been destroyed within 5 years with the way I abuse rifles.

Bought this nearly 2 years ago in 338 Win mag. Mounted a Vortex Crossfire 3-12×56 on it and boy does it perform. Sighted in the day after buying it and it’s been dead on accurate since. My rifle preferred the Federal nosler partitions in 225 grain, drops animal quickly and efficiently.
Everybody who has seen my gun always comments on the polished wood and how beautiful this gun is.

Bought the 7mm 3 years ago. Not only one of the best looking gun’s I have ever seen, but it also shoots tight grouping, and is deadly accurate with a good quality scope.

I bought this gun in a .300win , after one year of use the stock was completely scratched, the gun would jam over and over again. Totally unreliable. Sold the gun a year later and bought a sako 85 in the same caliber. Don’t make my mistake and don’t be cheap spend the money and buy quickly

I purchased my Browning X-bolt white gold in 300 WSM from browningfirearmshop ‘s approximately a month ago, and I am extremely impressed with the performance and aesthetics of the rifle. Browning really paid attention to every detail on this firearm. From the engraving on the receiver, to the perfectly polished stainless, to the choice flame walnut stock, this rifle really is a thing of beauty. After my first trip to the range, I had the rifle dialed in to shooting 1″ groups at 100 yards with ease. The trigger feels great, and I don’t see any need for upgrading the trigger in the future. The recoil pad is excellent, and I was able to shoot a couple boxes of Federal premium 300 WSM ammunition (180 grain trophy bonded tip bullets) without any soreness the next day. The plastic rotary magazine is durable, impervious to corrosion, the ammunition goes in and comes out with ease, and there are no sharp corners which collect lint if carried in your pocket. I topped the rifle with a Zeiss Conquest HD5 2-10 x 42mm scope, and couldn’t be happier with the setup. The rifle is relatively light, it shoots well, the ergonomics are great, and it is a breeze to shoulder up and find the sweet spot for swift target acquisition. This rifle will be used for hunting whitetail deer, black bear, and moose, and for showing off to the boys at the deer camp. This certainly isn’t your typical beater hunting rifle, but I have lots of other rifles which will be used when thrashing through the bush. Overall, if you want a great shooting rifle that is very attractive and offers great pride of ownership, the Browning X-bolt white gold is an excellent choice.
